Time for an update! Scans, visitors and party in the valley
8 weeks 6 days Well I have to admit I am struggling a lot more with this pregnancy compared to the boys. Maybe its my age? Or the fact that I have two kids to look after and also working? Well around 3 weeks ago the morning sickness kicked in :( Definitely not as bad as before but enough to make me feel sluggish and lazy LOL On Monday 27th July I had the appointment with Midwives First in Beenleigh. Although they seem amazing and can get me access into the Birth Centre down on the Gold Coast, it would still actually cost me $1k or more and I would have to leave after 4 hours of giving birth! Stuff that! I rang up the Gold Coast University Hospital expecting that they would tell me I am not in the catchment area, but to my surprise they said I was! 15 out of their 18 delivery suites has a big birthing bath in it so chances are I could very well get my water birth!
