The Johnson Family

Last week we received the sad news that Uncle Ian had passed away. He had been in bad health for a while now so had finally lost his battle on this earth. Leah, Naomi and Mum flew down with Elijah and I and we spent 5 days down in Sydney. We had the funeral the day after we arrived and then went to lunch with Lloyd and his carers. The next day we had lunch at Dads and caught up with Chu, Kristine, Aunty Yvonne, Ashleigh and Jason and Ray and Toni. Although sad, it was a lovely trip and the girls were fantastic with Elijah. We stayed in a cheap motel but it was better then sleeping on a lounge somewhere. Elijah was fantastic on the plane but hated the car seat he was in in the rental car. He cried so much when driving around, which was a lot! But everyone just adores him, as do I :) RIP Uncle Ian          

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mums out there. You are doing an amazing job! The kids were very excited to give me their gifts. Sam got me a little dinosaur night light and Oliver got me some bird pick things LOL We had some photos and then went to the park. Love being a Mum to these 3 boys x

Today Oliver's prep class held a Mothers Day pamper afternoon in their classroom for us Mums. The kids were so excited and had fun pampering us with nail painting, head and hand massage, jewellery making and art activities inside. Oliver is very excited to give me the present he bought from the schools Mothers Day stall.    

Well, isn't this the cutest, gummiest smile you've ever seen? It totally makes all the 'hard' times worth it. Mr Elijah has been smiling for about a week now. But more so over the last couple of days. So in love with this little dude.
