Sam's 'Future Job' day @ school

Students had to come dressed as who they'd like to be when they're older. At first Sam wanted to be a police officer but every shop we tried on a police outfit (even marked size 6-8) they were WAY too small for him. Then we thought we'd see if he wanted to be an accountant like Dad. That soon turned into a maths teacher as he does loves maths.

So we got a pair of glasses and knocked the lenses out and a tie! Presto! Instant nerdy maths teacher! He was the star of the school, with every student and teacher commenting on his outfit. At chapel Ms Eyres (the principal) chose a few students to go up the front and asked them what they'd like the school to do for the day. Sam's response was hilarious. Such a character our boy.

Ollie also went up on stage with his senior kindy class and sang a God song that they had been practising. He was very cute up on stage.

Sammy is 2 months!

Well my little man is 2 months old! Although it does feel like he has been in our lives forever! Thought I would do an update on us while Samuel is having a sleep. He is such a good baby, and I noticed this since we made the fulltime switch to formula. I tried with b/f but it just wasnt working for us. S is such a more contented and happy baby. S had his 2 month needles the other day and it was the hardest thing I have had to do! I had to hold his poor little legs down while they stuck the needles in him. The first one was bad and he cried but stopped pretty much straight away, but the second one OMG He screamed so loud and his face went bright red and he was so sad.... :( It took me 10 mins to soothe him. Im defiantely not looking forward to his 4 month needles. He is almost sleeping through the night now! Bedtime is between 7-730pm, and I follow the bath, bottle, bed routine. Mr Timmy came for a visit

34 weeks 6 days Tim was up in QLD for his school rock-band tour and so we decided to meet up for dinner. It had been over a year since we had seen him last. We went to the Glen Hotel and had a nice dinner. A few hours before we had left Samuel fell face first into gravel in the front yard. Poor lil thing was all scratched up. But he was really well behaved considering it was late at night when he's usually fast asleep. Here are some pics:

Merry Christmas Everyone

Just a quick blog post for our Christmas Day at the Johnson Household. We spent the day at home just chilling. The boys opened their presents when they woke up. They got a mountain bike each and a few other bits and pieces and Elijah opened his pressie as well. We had mum over for lunch. It was a nice day :)
